Through her journey as an athlete and coach, Maira learned firsthand that talent alone is never enough. The difference between a good athlete and a top-level athlete is mental strength — the ability to manage pressure, stay confident through adversity, and perform consistently at the highest level.

Her work today is rooted in one clear mission:
to help athletes develop the mental skills, identity, and emotional control required to reach their full potential — both in sport and in life.

She is currently pursuing the Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) credential, continuing her commitment to professional excellence and ethical practice in mental performance coaching.

The mission is to provide specialized mental performance support for athletes, coaches, and teams — focusing on confidence, focus, emotional control, resilience, and consistency.

Through strategies grounded in sport psychology, I help athletes develop the mental preparation needed to compete at a high level, make clear decisions under pressure, and sustain performance throughout their careers.

More than achieving results, the goal is to sustain them — with balance, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence.
